Growth That Is Good for Parkville
The Creekside Development continues to make important contributions to the sustainable growth of Parkville, creating significant opportunity for the city now and in the future. The project includes residential, mixed-use residential, commercial and industrial developments on nearly 300 acres of desirable land at the intersection of Interstate 435 and Missouri Highway 45. Currently, there is $200 million worth of investment currently in place as the development continues to build out and benefit Parkville, surrounding communities and nearly a million annual visitors.
The Creekside Development project is committed to moving Parkville on a positive path forward for generations to come. The development is founded on a smart, thoughtful and comprehensive vision and helps fulfill the city’s Master Plan.
Creekside positions Parkville as the preeminent place to live, work, eat, shop, play and visit – not only in Kansas City’s Northland and the metro area, but across the Midwest. We are bringing this area to life!

The project development will ultimately feature:

The Meadows at Creekside on the southeast corner includes single-family homes, townhomes and apartments.
Old Town at Creekside on the southeast corner includes a hotel, apartments, and retail and restaurant space, as well as public green space.
The Woods at Creekside/Creekside Village on the northwest corner includes single-family homes and townhomes.
Creekside Industrial on the southwest corner includes 50 developable acres.
Baseball Fields
Creekside’s state-of-the art baseball complex features six innovatively designed competitive baseball fields, which utilize turf infields and pristine, natural grass outfields. All fields have adjustable base paths and fencing to accommodate play for any age group or ability level, as well as softball. The baseball complex brings first-class traveling youth baseball clubs and their families from all across the country to Parkville for multiple-day trips.
The baseball fields were modeled after a development in Westfield, Indiana, called Grand Park Sports Campus, and response to the new complex has been overwhelmingly positive. Creekside draws in about a million visitors per year with much of that traffic related to competitive tournaments and events held on-site.
